Harmonic Soul Sessions

60 or 90 minute individual in person or remote sessions offered. These sessions focus around attuning and opening to soul. This is the work of soul emergence, opening to unique soul gifts and expression, and the embodiment that is necessary to live from a deeper state of well-being and aliveness.  A minimum of 3 sessions is suggested to develop gnosis and support the integrative process.

These are group experiences that support synergistic collaboration and generative creativity. This can be for a specific purpose, or simply to bring a group of souls into greater coherence and support of one another. Guidance and training is also offered for leaders holding teams or groups of people needing support in fostering a coherent momentum for a shared purpose and templates for a deeply stable foundation that helps to sustain this. This work brings deeper trust and alivenesss to group dynamics, through a process of illuminating the value of soul gifts, precise individual and group reflection, alchemical interplay of group energy, and attunement to the moment to moment arising that often reveals exactly what is needed for an evolving journey of working together.

Guided Journeys

Guided journeys are customized experiences that evoke the essence of your unique soul. These journeys can be focused on a particular theme that is most alive in your life, but ultimately they are evocations of more freedom and fulfillment of your soul. These differ from session work because they are generally customized meditations, but can also involve ritual practice if that is something that feels supportive to your process. These are some of the richest, most impactful experiences to have because we enter into the mystery together and channel precisely what is needed for the empowerment and evolution of your soul. And without fail, from the unknown, some wondrous magic ALWAYS emerges.

Pulse of the Group Heart

This is a free online offering that Tracy co-leads that takes place through the online community Avatara. This gathering takes place every two weeks and is a space dedicated to opening to group soul. It is a space where the group body is felt as one, with each individual taking their place and receiving deep nourishment by simply being in a harmonized field. Each session is vastly different than the last, as we follow the lead of whatever emergent energies are present with who shows up, and find our way into coherence together. These sessions are potent, transformative, and freely offered. 

Temple Visits

In person sessions are available at Chesapeake Temple in Chesapeake Beach, MD 

Custom 3 day,  2 night retreats are also offered at the temple. These are mini soul residencies, and are immersive soul journeys to dive deep into purpose work, healing, alchemy, and creative fire. They are custom created for each individual and available only a few times per year. Inquire directly for availability and application.
